We guarantee that every product sold on Wiztex.de is a genuine, high-quality product sourced through verified production channels.

• Design accuracy: Our plush toys are manufactured to match the exact proportions, color palettes, and unique details (such as embroidery and stitching) of the characters they represent.
• Official partnership: We work directly with established production lines to ensure that the materials and designs meet the high standards expected of the Wiztex brand.
• Measures against counterfeits: Unlike inferior imitations found on unverified marketplaces, Wiztex products feature reinforced seams, high-density filling, and high-quality fabrics that do not pill or lose their shape.

2. TOY SAFETY AND CONFORMITY (EU STANDARDS)

Safety is our top priority. All plush toys sold by Wiztex are tested to meet or exceed international toy safety standards.

• CE marking: All products bear the CE mark, which confirms conformity with EU Directive 2009/48/EC on the safety of toys.

• EN 71 certified: Our products are tested according to the European standard EN 71 (parts 1, 2 and 3), which includes the following:

• Mechanical and physical properties: Measures are taken to ensure that no small parts can easily come loose (risk of suffocation).

• Chemical migration: It is ensured that the dyes and substances are free from toxic lead, phthalates or heavy metals.

3. HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS

We don't use cheap, recycled materials. Every Wiztex plush toy is made from:

• Skin-friendly fabrics: Ultra-soft, hypoallergenic crystal velor or PV plush.

• High-quality filling: 100% high-quality PP cotton (A-grade) for maximum "cuddliness" and durability.

• Odorless production: Our toys are free from the strong chemical odors often associated with cheap factory-made products.

4. QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Each individual item undergoes a three-stage inspection before leaving our factory:

• Seam integrity: Checking for loose threads or weak seams.

• Symmetry check: Ensure that facial features and limbs are perfectly aligned.

• Cleanliness: A final vacuuming and lint removal ensures your plush toy arrives in pristine condition.
