How fast is delivery within Germany?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after payment. Express shipping may arrive the next working day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we also ship to other EU countries. Delivery takes 1–2 working days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How does the return process work?

You have 14 days to return unopened items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service for a return label.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and check your return, we refund the amount within 1–2 working days to your original payment method.

Are your toys safe?

Yes, all our toys meet EU safety standards (EN71), are CE certified, and free of harmful chemicals.

From what age are the toys suitable?

Each product page clearly indicates the recommended age. Our toys are suitable for babies from 0 months to toddlers up to 3 years old.

Can I choose gift wrapping?

Yes, you can add free gift wrapping at checkout. Personalized cards are available for a small fee.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item. We will send a free replacement or full refund.
