Shipping guidelines

1. Order Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your new plush toys! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Peak season: During product launches or holidays (November/December), processing may take up to 2 business days.
  • Cutoff times: Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (CET) on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship orders on Sundays or German holidays.

2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times

We offer reliable shipping within Germany. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

3. Our Carriers & Shipping Partners

In order to offer you the highest level of service, we use a network of several carriers. Depending on your location and the size of your order (e.g., a single Garten of Banban plush toy or a complete collection), your order will be processed by the following companies:

  • DHL Paket / DPD: Our main provider for German private addresses and packing stations.

  • DPD / UPS: Reserved for express shipping and bulky international packages.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your plush toy directly on the shipping company's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)

Wiztex is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your plush toy arrives damaged or the package is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@wiztex.de. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement as soon as possible

7. Validity of Delivery Address

Please check your address carefully during the payment process. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee may apply.
